The puppy has been reunited with his family. And while I am glad he has a home I am concerned because as it turns out his owners were extremely neglectful. They never even attempted to do a thing about his raging flea issue. They admitted to him getting lost many times. Even one time for an entire year. How do you lose your dog for an entire year?
These are not people that should be pet owners. They do not seem to take the responsibility seriously and it saddens me that this puppy is going to a neglectful home. But, he is with his family again and hopefully there is some happiness in that for him.

Maybe you should offer to take him.. at least until you can find a better home. Just a thought... :)
